Werner Finley has been working very closely with machine tool manufacturers in order to provide an effective solution for cooling contaminated and non-contaminated coolants. Today, we have a solution for all types of coolants that require chilling. Many times, the coolant carries muck and is reactive to materials like copper. Werner Finley has an effective, maintainable and reliable solution for all these common problems encountered while chilling coolants. There are standard models of chillers to choose from for pure or contaminated or reactive coolants. The capacity ranges from 1TR to 30TR apart from custom built chillers.
       Operational Features
  • Year round operation: Allows your equipment to run continuously with controlled desired temperature
  • Precise temperature control: This is accomplished by using a digital microprocessor based temperature controller
  • Factory packaged and tested systems: Wired, Charged and Piped. Tested for operation and cooling performance before installation
  • Rugged Design: The system cabinet and components are rugged enough for continuous and reliable industrial operations. Options of indoor and outdoor chillers are available. Suitable for operating at ambient of 5 degree centigrade to 45 degree centigrade
  • Efficient Operation: High efficiency heat exchangers provide energy efficient operation, as well as precise cooling
  • Tamper proof design: Fluid and refrigerant controls and valves are housed securely inside the enclosure. The microprocessor temperature controller has setting and keypad lock facility. The Electrical components are housed securely in an exclusive enclosure. The above features prevent all possible tampering.
  • Refrigerant Gauges: For continuously monitoring and display of suction and discharge refrigerant pressures
  • All the necessary trips such as High pressure/Low pressure, Over load relays, Single phase preventer etc protects the system elements such as compressor from serious damage

Optional features:

  • Microprocessor based chiller controller
  • RS 232/485 Communication ports for inter locking chiller controller with the main machine controller
  • Optional monitoring systems: Installations where the chiller is remotely placed from the operator a display monitor with temperature, status and alarm signals can be provided and located in the view of the operator.
  • An optional hot gas bypass, which balances varying heat loads and provides precise control in the chiller can be provided..This new feature significantly reduces start up time for chiller applications and offer reaction to varying loads.
  • The hot gas by pass will automatically adjust as the load changes. It minimizes compressor cycling, which will help to reduce temperature swings and lessen component wear in the compressor.
  • Filters: Online filters with specific micron levels can be assembled in the fluid line wherever additional filtration is required.
  • Variable frequency drive: VFD can be incorporated for reducing or increasing the speeds other than rated
